Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts

Whether it's getting fit, excelling in our careers, or achieving financial stability, motivation plays a critical role in our success. But what happens when we lose motivation? Why do we sometimes find ourselves feeling demotivated and disenchanted with our goals? And what can we do to get back on track and reignite our motivation? One of the most common reasons for losing motivation is burnout. This occurs when we become overwhelmed with the constant pressure and demands of our goals, and feel like we can no longer keep up.
